Falernum (pronounced fə-LUR-nəm) is a syrup liqueur from the Caribbean best known for its use in tropical drinks. It contains flavors of ginger, lime, and almond, and spices. It may be thought of as a spicier version of orgeat syrup. My version contains allspice, cloves and star anise for the spices. Sweet, spiced and delicious. Used in a variety of tiki drinks from Mai Tai versions to Don the Beachcomber’s Zombie. I start with fresh almonds and make completely from scratch. All ingredients are fresh and organic when available.

Delicious! You can tell that there’s no cutting corners, the syrup is so full of flavor and high quality. Always keep a few bottles stocked so I never run out. Excited to see what new flavors will be released.
